Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • No alterations or modifications made to the product
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it

Size Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchanges only within the 7-day return window
  • Exchange requests must meet all eligibility criteria listed above
  • Subject to availability of requested size

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Label Indian Roots is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags attached

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • COD charges (₹250) are non-refundable
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with removed or missing tags
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Damaged packaging
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions (unless otherwise specified)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at labelindianroots@gmail.com
  • Provide photographs of the defect/damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  • Return shipping will be covered by Label Indian Roots for defective items
